Qube Introduces Qube XP-Dailies

Qube-XP-Dailies is a new dailies playback solution with stereoscopic 3D capability that is integrated into a DCI Digital Cinema Server. The Qube XP-Dailies supports the playback of dailies in a variety of formats including Avid DNxHD, Apple ProRes, DCI JPEG2000, MPEG-2, H.264 and VC-1.

The support for Avid DNxHD enables the seamless movement of content from editorial to dailies without the need for any form of transcoding or re-wrapping. Relevant metadata from the Avid DNxHD MXF files are used to automatically compose playlists with individual Scene/Track/Camera events.

Secure movement and playback of dailies is enabled by the support for Digital Cinema Packages in the DCI JPEG2000 and MXF Interop MPEG-2 formats.
