Tallinn Cinamon will be the first digital 3D cinema in Estonia

Cinema chain Cinamon announced of its decision to create the first digital 3D cinema in Estonia in the new culture and entertainment centre in the heart of Tallinn.
Chairman of the supervisory board of Cinamon Peeter Rebane noted that the supervisory board of the enterprise approved of its investments plan and adopted a decision to start building 3D-cinema halls in the new Cinamon cinema multiplexes, informs EPL online/LETA.
“3D films and cinemas are gaining popularity across the world, bringing an entirely new experience of watching films with the extra high-quality three-dimensional imagery and creating a feeling in the audience as if they are inside the films themselves,” stated Rebane. “I am glad to announce that the first 3D cinema in Estonia will come to the new culture and entertainment centre in the heart of Tallinn which will receive a cornerstone tomorrow,” he added.
Estonia’s first Cinamon cinema complex will be opened at the end of August this year already, in the heart of Tartu, in the new centre titled Tasku. Tallinn Cinamon with seven modern cinema halls will open its doors in autumn of 2009. Cinamon operates or is establishing a total of 39 cinema halls in the Baltic States.
