Cinedigm Digital Cinema Corp. (NASDAQ: CIDM) announced in its proxy statement, dated July 29, 2010, that its 2010 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Tuesday, September 14, 2010 at 2:00 p.m., EDT, at the offices of Kelley, Drye & Warren LLP, located at 101 Park Avenue, 27th Floor, New York, NY.
