Cine Gear Expo 2008 is announcing its new location at the Universal Studios Backlot in Universal City, California on June 20-21, 2008.

The sunny sidewalks, street-like setting and Hollywood studio appeal are some of the attractions offered by Universal Studios.

Cine Gear Expo expects its biggest and best show ever, with more than 200 companies participating from around the world. The great social atmosphere will continue with opportunity to introduce new technology, new equipment and products to the entertainment community in a jam-packed two days.

Over 8000 participants from the film, video, digital media, broadcast and internet industries will converge in Hollywood, California to participate in three distinct yet related events:

- Cine Gear Expo and Premier Seminars,
- Master Class Seminars and
- The Film Series Competition.

This landmark exhibition will bring together representatives in the areas of Film, Video, High Definition, Electronic Cinematography and Digital Cinema. The Premier Seminars will be offered at the Expo, free of charge to attendees and will run both days of the show at the Universal Studios Backlot in Universal City, California.

The Master Class Seminar Series is held on Sunday June 22, 2008 at several local Hollywood Facilities. Hosted by top industry professionals and leaders, these nominally priced Master Classes provide informative and educational seminars and lectures on current industry trends and topics.
